How much time to clear CJ check ?

I was just wondering how much time does your bank takes to clear CJ check (international affiliates).
My bank normally takes 30+ days to clear checks, but it has been 47 days since I deposited my $35K check, and its not cleared yet, When I ask my bank, they don't have the answer. Always say, "It will be cleared soon". I'm now worried, is there any possibility of fraud after the check is deposited to the bank ?

 

If you have done anything against the CJ TOS and they found it out after sending the check, they will simply place a Stop Payment against the check. Else, Good Luck!

 

I have already cleared this up with CJ, payment have been sent from CJ's bank a month ago. I think its stuck in the middle somewhere.

 

Hmm, its takes 21 days in india...

 

it takes 30 days to clear in malaysia

 

it was cleared on 50th day.But that was weired, normally it takes 30 days to clear for checks above $10K

It's by your bank and how far from your country to US. Because in progress, when you give your check to bank ( not bank release that check ) to help you clear check and give you money. They will send that check paper to release bank and they will confirm it before payment for you. It's a cycle , check paper from that bank -> you -> your bank -> that bank ( release bank ).

So, how long does it take -> I can take 30 day. Just find answer for how far from your country to US.

 

I'd like to bump this question! 35K seems like a lot more money that I expect.
