What Else Should I Add To My Website?

    I just started my website and would like to know what else I should add to it.

    In the sidebar I have: Categories, Archives, Links (none for now), Subscribe (Post RSS, Comments RSS), Meta (Comments RSS, Site Admin, Logout), Search & Feeds. First I should get rid of at least one Comments RSS, but is there anything else that I should get rid of or add.

    A couple of things comes to mind off the top of my head: Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Map of where bloggers are coming from, mybloglog, as well as ads.

    Any other feedback would be great as well.

    I take it that the site is a blog. Also it depends on the topic and aims of the site?
