Ok seeing as I cant read through 5k post's Im going to post my questions

I started proxy marketing a little bit last year but stopped around 8 months ago what has changed since?

#2 Are proxy topsites useless?

#3 Any advice on starting back up?

 

there's a "search this thread" tool which 99% ignored

anyways, proxy business is going as strong as before. Play the game and promote and run them right, good income

topsites are good to have if you have time but its the days of newsletters and referring

ehh just start a site as usual, dont fall for cheap hosting deals if you want your proxy to be running well

most of the time I see proxy topsites are useless..

if you are aiming to start a business based on proxies, try offering proxy newsletter.

 

simply get a google group or yahoo group setup
not sure about yahoo but google group give you code for people to input email and signup for the group

put the code in your proxy site or make a link saying "signup" "signup to get new proxies sent daily or weekly" or sometihing

as for group make it viewable after signup and disable post option by members but you.

you post proxies topics with links and it auto sent to the subscribers.

you can even sell newsletter sending to your subscribers.

 

Don't bother with topsites.

You should use the glype proxy script. It is pretty much the best thing these days.

 

I agree with llamafier. Never used topsites before and never will..pretty much useless crap traffic for most of them of which most of the time you wont even get much traffic from them at all.

 

high PR topsites can contribute to backlinks (but in slow and low % manner) if you wish to sell links for high price later on

 

Agreed.just slow down the proxy

 

if you have time and have enough to initially put in for BW fees AND have a huge network consider
signing up for topsites with good PR.

I am getting $100/m extra from selling links on my PR sites
some people dont care the type of site as long as it got PR and linking to them.

 

Hmm not bad but then again PR is easy to manipulate. I wouldnt really bother buying links if I need pr. Besides PR is useless after all so why bother..

 

topsites are free and "buying" I mean is people buying links on your site. Not you buying links for PR. PR is useless correct but there are people paying $50-$100 or more to get few high pr link.

If your proxy are submited for FREE at topsites and your proxy page ranks go up, you get PAID from PR lovers.

and you can get about $100/m extra from a 5-10 proxy network with PR3-PR5.
imagine if you have network of 100 or so ith all high PRs.
You can get not only decent highend server fee but also some profit from link sales alone

What do you mean by blank?

 

I just put them to use as a reference and not copy-paste them.

He means in your SPONSOR PROXY TEMPLATE thread , the demos show just white blank pages, and one of them shows 404
