help me make a proxy for $$$

Hello everyone. ( I hope this is an apropriate place for this post)

I would like to make a more profitable proxy. I would like to have a zelune proxy that’s optimized for the following :
1. Profit: I would like to get at least 5% CTR, as well as any other advertisement that you may recommend to increase the profit… also I would like to have
2. Server usage: As far as I am aware a Zelune proxy is the most efficient proxy, but if I am misinformed please suggest otherwise. I also would like to have the option of having all downloads not go through the proxy (so that if a download is chosen it would connect directly with the user or if that’s too much, just disable it. But I want to be able to control this).
3. I would like the proxy to be able to access to websites such as gmail, facebook, myspace… and such.
Please post/pm me with what I can expect and how much you want for such service.

I have a proxy site School Proxy which was free! Just google free proxy scripts.

One suggestion, I'd use Glype if I were you. Glype is the most efficient script so far.
To get high profit, first you have to attract more visitors.
Server usage is depends on your site activity. There is chance for high load if you have 10k frequent user.
To access those sites, use SSL certificate.

currently my proxies (such as www.orontech.net) get about 4K unique visitors a day, which i would like to improve, but only a 1.5% click through rate...which again is kinda low. but i do appreciate it, and i will fill you in how glype went for me.
