It doesn't match anything on your site. I think there is too much blue also it makes it hard to read. Maybe change the titles to a different colour then the other text on the front page.
The banner is bad because the light green on agua blue looks terrible, and the "make your own banner..." watermark is horrible. For the "new post etc.." buttons, they're pretty good looking, but they look pixely.
bit too dark for my liking, maybe find or make a new template which is lighter, just a suggestion. definitely change the banner though I'm not liking that at all, change the colour and don't use a free banner maker, it's easy to make your own apart from all that's stated above, it ain't bad.
Ok...some of the members of the forum said they liked the banner...however you people said it doesn't go well with the forum colors...so I tweked some of the colors (ie: the fonts).
