your site doesn;t look good on IE, allignment issue. looks OK on FF. you need to get that fixed. regarding your PSA issue, if the pages are all indexed, i suggest you use adsense section targetting which will tell google to look at a specific section of your site to deliver ads based on the content found there
If section targeting doesn't work, e-mail AdSense. Doesn't look like a "normal" problem, although I didn't look at the site for more than 1-2 minutes.
Just wait for the adsense bot to index the pages so you get the relevant ads. And sometimes there are no suitable ads for some of the pages.
Just wait for a few hours and I am sure google ads will be shown . PR has nothing to do with google adsense as well !
I can see that you are using blogger to use adsense (The source code showing two pub ids). Why don't you directly paste the adcode there? Generate the ad code by logging in directly at your adsense account and in the add widget wizard, select the HTML/JavaScript option. That might help.
I suggest you wait for 1 or 2 days, if you still see these ads, contact google. Also you can use these commands to tell google bot, that what content to use for displaying ads. <!-- google_ad_section_start --> <!-- google_ad_section_end -->
