The domain has about 9 - 10 months left it is reg at namecheap and comes with free whois protection.

I guess not, I haven't heard anything back (7 days now..) .. so I retract my BIN offer.

 

This guy isn't forthcoming and I don't think he is genuinely selling this website. Or perhaps he hasn't got the licence. Be careful not to buy the unlicenced version like a similar one on this forum, similar websites but different names but it got pulled out. Rather buy from phpmelody themselves, well cheap as well. You have been warned.

 

I have all the license information , lol. I am just not sure if i want to let it go , i'd be out money if i let it go for cheap, i am thinking about dveloping it , then selling it again.

You're not allowed to sell your license without our approval and you've obviously purchased from some other source then us.

I incline to think you're doing some funky business and taking people's money without thinking about the legal implications.

FOLKS, don't buy scripts from DP, you don't get support and you don't get UPDATES. If you get caught running an illegal version, you will have to remove it.

It's just not worth it.

Andrew, at your site you say that you sell the script.
And if you sell something, you don't own it any longer.
You say that it is 1 license per site. That's of course ok. But you can't prevent someone to sell what they own. That's illegal!
And nowhere, not even in the F.A.Q. you say that you mean that you don't sell the script, just lease it out. That's illegal!
You have to inform the buyer all fact before you sell or lease out something.
Let us say that I sell you a car, would you (after payment) accept if I said that you, in your turn, are not allowed to sell it?

This is just something you have found out by yourself to sell more scripts.
You can state something like this: The license is valid for 1 (one) site. If you sell the site you have to include the license and the buyer have to pay $xx in administration fee to obtain further support

At least in Europe you would have to pay a huge fine for this kind of missleading marketing.

 

Well i sold my license information ehre on dp to someone else andrew , if you see for yourself , your script has not been up on my website for over a week , so i have no clue why you would make such a post , and p.s. , my license is with you main website, i read the tos , it didnt say i could sell my license, if an admin could please close this thread that would be great , the sale is over.

 

You both are very wrong and probably didn't purchase a licese from our site. There is a license agreement and you can't use PHP Melody unless you respect that.

In our license agreement it's clearly stated that you can't re-sell your copy without our permission.

It's not illegal since by using PHP Melody you are agreeing with the license agreement.

We don't prevent HONEST people from selling their PHP Melody sites, we just prevent stealers like stefanlyl that sell illegal copies of it.

Andrew just becuase you let an enencrypted script on the internet that was leeched to every warez website , dosent me every script is illegal , you never even asked for any of my information to justify the legitamacy of the script i was running on my server, how can you just make such accusations , when you don't even no what customer i am on your website? well what customer i was , btw - i also purchased a copy of your software resell script that i proudly use, you have my money yet your pestering me and making false assumptions lol , kids don't know how to properly treat there paying customers.

 

one question - who is Phpsugar there is mo adress on website an the whoisadress from the domain is protected.

no adress no licence every one who buy the script have a licence from a ghost
