Ubuntu Web Hosting Needed

Hi.

Can someone recommend a Hosting provider who has UBUNTU installed.
I would like the Hosting to be in the UK if possible, I want a dedicated server at reasonable cost, can someone please advise.

Don't normally see people seeking out Ubuntu as their server OS...If you're willing to use Fedora or Red Hat, you open yourself up to more possibilities, but whatever makes you happiest =).

The reason I want UBUNTU is because I have some UBUNTU specific software I want to install, I am really not sure if it will install on other flavours of linux, my knowledge of linux is O'K but i'm not confident enough yet with it.

I have installed UBUNTU on my PC and find it remarkable easy to use/Install software.

What kind of hardware do you want? I assume you can manage your server on Ubuntu without any control panel, can't you?

 

I think with any dedicated server provider you can have Ubuntu installed
