I'd personally have to disagree with that. All my weight loss was from walking only. I didn't change my eating habits one bit
That's kind of vague, what does your diet look like? Did you eat healthy before but never got around to exercising?
Pretty much stay with low carb stuff. I usually have cheeseburgers made on a George Forman grill to get rid of all the excess grease. Eat throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. When you get hungry between meals eat grapes... they fill you up and are great for keeping fit.
Carbohydrate cutting is just a fad. They are good and bad carbs. Good: 100% rolled oats, various fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads, sweet potatoes/yams, brown rice, whole grain cereals (Fiber One, Bran Flakes, Shredded Wheat), and whole grain pasta (wheat, spinach, etc.). Bad: White bread, bagels, high sugar foods, baked goods, pizza, fruit juice, soda, cereal bars, canned fruit, All of the bad will most likely contain high fructose corn syrup, that stuff is horrid. Don't eat carbs late at night, best to eat right after a good workout.
I think they works fine. You have to cover all the other things like your diet, your daily work etc. regards d.d
One of my uncles was huge fat.He used trademill and lost a lot of weight. He is also dieting.I personally think only dieting can't help to loose your weight.you must have to do physical exercise.
Speaking as an expert on the subject of personal training I will attempt to explain this to all you. Just because you lost weight without a diet doesn't mean that with a diet you wouldn't have lost more. With a diet, you lose weight at 3 to 4 times the speed that working out alone would account for. Though a diet without exercise is equally as bad. One without the other is almost entirely useless. Carbohydrate cutting, if done properly is not a fad. If you do it at all, there are two ways it can be done. The first, as was mentioned, the cutting back of simple carbs, which the body can break down in little time and unless burnt off immediately will turn into fat, while increasing complex carbs in your diet, which you will likely burn off before they are converted to fat. The second method is Atkins. Eating no carbs whatsoever will force your body into a state called ketosis. Lacking fuel in the form of carbs, your body will break down fats at an accelerated rate and will use that as fuel. the fat will break down at a faster pace than you can burn it and will seek other means of escaping your body. There are complications with Atkins. People with high blood pressure typically want to stay away from red meat, which is a large part of the diet. Also, people with low blood sugar levels do need to eat complex carbs and ketosis will often exacerbate their condition.
I think a combined effort would work wonders in combating the excessive fat by mixing aerobics with diet control.
I think they taste good. Those are good food that fill you up. Eat what you want I could care less. If you are staying in shape eating junk then you are most likely younger and see if this holds true in ten years from now.
There really is no "secret" to losing weight. It is simple science, eat less, exercise more. The problem is that you need to find a form of exercise you can stick with. Some people have bad knee's so a treadmill would be a bad idea, some people simply lack time, and treadmills are a quick way to get exercise since you can do it right from your home.
not for most people..nothing beat bacon (according to lot of people) and sweet. I am vegetarians so i have no problem with those btw, it is ok to eat junk. It is ok to eat ice cream/bacon/butter, as long as you restrict the portion weight loss is really simple, just consume less calories than you expend, you will lose weight
That really is the truth, plain and simple. But it is much harder to do than it is to say. And there are ways to accelerate the process... That's where it gets tricky.
