Your account might be banned soon. Get more traffic to have at least some clicks.

If you have had a website for a year and you have had no clicks at all, then you are obviously getting no traffic..and I mean zero, nada, zilch...NONE!!! So, what that means is, you need to concentrate on getting traffic to your site. Have you:

    Started a Google Webmaster account?
Submitted a site map to Google?
Built any backlinks to your site?

If that answer to the above is "No", then you have some work to do. Stop worrying about how much adsense money your NOT making and do some work with your site so people can find it. After that, the money will take care of itself. What's your site URL, if you don't mind sharing?

I'd assume if you were trying for a year and have gotten nowhere that a majority of your website might be just copy-paste articles. No way a 1 year old site with unique content wouldn't be able to pull its weight in terms of revenue assuming you have 1 years worth of experience in AdSense optimization.

Try to write for some adsense revenue sharing sites first, such as this one(Although I haven't seen any impressions or clicks from this forum?). You needn't to promote your webpages, focus on creating contents. Although part of your revenue might be taken away, but you needn't worry about promoting your own website.

This likens opening a shop in a shopping centre, you pay the rent, the shopping centre attracts customers for you.

I have no revenue for the first 3 months, but after I started to write for Hubpages.com , I got my first dollar. That's very encouraging.

Mean while, you may continue to promote you own site. I am sure you will success.

One year without nothing on your adsense means that you have also no traffic. Clicks are came from your visitor. The reason why you got clicks from your visitors are, they are interested with the links found in your ads. They think that those are the perfect site that can give answer for their needs.

    Damn, I feel your pain.

This is what you need to do.

Create a site with pictures, celebrity sites are a good start. Either make a blog or a website powered by CMS of some kind.

Place your adsense ads on it, don't cheat, NO MATTER WHAT.

Update your blog at least 3-4 times a week because it is new, do this, commit to this. Add new pictures every time you update the site, at least 7+ new images.

Try this and tell me if it works, it never fails.

    1) Work Out Your Site traffic

Promote your site to Digg, or any others social networking that drive lots of traffic

    2) Optimize your site for certain keywords

Initiate SEO, make a blog and etc...Can I ask you? Having a google adsense account you didn't have any blog or site? You just had an account. It seems to be mystery...

name your website here so that people could take a look and give more meaningful pointers specific to what they see in your site instead of just general recommendations
