[CODE] A small PHP/MySQL project

I have a small project and hopefully you will help me build it with minimum costs.

I need 4 pages built.

1. I already have an order page that is taking orders and uploading files and sending order information to the customer via email. I now want it to be saved to DB along with some more information. I want a user/pass box above so that users can login if they have a account, otherwise a user pass created for that first time orderer. Users can enter their login information and login, to save them from filling out personal details the next time they order.

2. Admin page that can select orders that have a status of IN_PROCESS, Browse for 2 files (1 zip and 1 jpg), enter a value and upload the files to a secure place. Invoice will be generated using a formula that i will provide and PDF sent to the customer for payment. Status of the order will become PENDING_PAYMENT.

3. Members page where users can view their own orders in a list (10 per page), & can click any one to open the details just below the list along with the uploaded JPG (uploaded by admin). A button to pay for the invoice (will be redirected to 2CO payment page) if status is PENDING_PAYMENT or A button to download the ZIP file (uploaded by admin) if status of order is PAID.

4. 2checkout.com IPN payment complete page that will set the order/invoice to PAID, collect all payment information and save that to the DB as well in a separate table. And will send the ZIP file (uploaded by admin) to the user via email.


Please quote me the lowest possible as i don't have much budget for this. I can code it myself, but don't have much time for it either.

Still not given to anyone. I will give this to any one of the 8 quotes i have received so far from DP and other sources. You can still PM me with your quotes if you have time and experience to do this job.
