Will he be able to start a dispute against me and get his money back? He has not used escrow method of payment also.

No. When you receive the money via MB, it's yours. No way of getting it back for the sender.

It's incorrect what dmi said, MoneyBookers does prevent chargebacks from "hard" payments, but they consider credit card payments as "soft" which is correct as credit cards payments always have a choice to claim a chargeback regardless of which payment processor you use. This is also the reason why Alertpay stopped offering "secured accounts" as soon as they implemented credit card payments.

I just now asked a friend of mine. He said that all credit card payments are first done to Money bookers account, and then only sent to other accounts from account balance. So it is not possible to chargeback.

I hope my friend is correct

    mb transactions are NOT reversible:

    http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=m_fraudcontrol

    All Moneybookers payments are Irreversible...
Once you are paid, you stay paid! Moneybookers is a "hard" currency and transactions are NOT reversible. Credit cards are a "soft" currency because transactions can be reversed. This leaves the merchant in a disadvantageous position because it is usually not practical to retrieve the goods once control has been given to the buyer.Instant and irreversible payments are thus advantageous features of Moneybookers payments.

NO charge back risk for merchants
We do not pass on charge backs to the merchant but absorb them ourselves. We reserve, however, the right to withdraw this policy without notice for any particular merchant who we determine is not exercising due diligence or is operating in a way which results in higher than normal exposure.

    NO rolling reserve
There are no holdbacks from Merchants on payments originating from credit/debit cards. We reserve, however, the right to withdraw this policy without notice for any particular merchant who we determine is not exercising due diligence or is operating in a way which results in higher than normal exposure.

Your friend incorrect, it is true that credit card payments are made to MoneyBookers, but this doesn't prevent the fraudulent buyer from doing a chargeback. All this buyer needs to do is call is credit card company and they start a chargeback claim.
    Credit card payments are dangerous.

Boy, MoneyBookers is a great payment processor, Don't worry. I have been using it for past several months without any problem. It is not sucking paypal where some one can charge back. So relax and have fun with your money!
