    Hello All,
    Link:hxxp://warezhost.co.cc/

Ads above a Flashy Background Allowed?

Well I have read the TOS - It says no arrows, pointers,in any way asking for clicks..

After seeing a post in here to a site named Mr Free Free.. I was really impressed by his flashy work and cool placement of ads..

I used a bit of my brains.. and there it is.. Whoa..! warezhost.co.cc
Its looking really cool.. I had left hope from adsense but then thought of coming back coz I was seeing people in here earning alot through adsense.. After getting 1 buck a day from clicks.. My hope crashed into pieces and all that... you'll know.. many have experienced in here ! =D

Finally.. I am back with a bang! :D

Comments on the layout would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading my story..! (everyone has their own.. U just need to share it ! ;))

"May not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks"

    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies

I think this is an adsense TOS violation as it is drawing attention to the ads... but it doesn't really matter what anyone here thinks. You should always contact adsense and ask them if you don't want to lose your account. If they say it is ok, then you have something in writing if it ever becomes an issue.

If it's not there to draw attention to the ads, then remove it --- but of course, it is there to draw attention to the ads.

If you think it is ok, then put in a test page and write to adsense telling them it is only a test page. Google doesn't give second chances and you aren't going to be able to argue your case if they say it is against the tos. You will get a lifetime ban from adsense and not get paid. For me, it's not worth the risk unless I asked them first.

lol, may I also add that google adsense (assuming you're using google adsense, Idk what it is due to adblock) aren't too fond of warez sites. Js.

but if it wasn't warez, I wouldn't see a problem with it. It'd just be way too hard to read / the ads wouldn't blend too well. The background isn't a gesture to click ads or anything

I can't see why this would break TOC's.

i think it is against the TOS...
    by the way...
is that all your site is?
you might consider putting some real content in it... google will then send you traffic

    Enough Content?! :|

What Kinda Content Do I need?
My site is "MANUALLY MADE"(By me).. and has plans/description of the hosting on every page..

Google cannot ban me for this..
I have seen ads on soo many sites which sell hosting and just have "links" on the pages to add the hosting package to the cart..

Anyways thanks for the suggestion.. Will think over it ! :)

//Edit: I sell web hosting.. The Google ads are just temporary as I'm not making enough money off the hosting but im getting 800-1000 unique hits EVERYDAY!

I just thought of making some money to support the server until my hosting has a great push in sales. :)

Thanks for the suggestions and replies everyone! :)

Thanks Meth - Anyways I'm removing Adsense in a day or two.. Just seeing how much money can I make with 800+ page hits/day.

btw.. My site is a WebHosting Site... Just because of the name it doesn't become illegal ! :)
