Wow that's a very...diversified? niche list haha. the ones related to porn and technology/travel will probably be the most difficult. Personally I would start with cheateasy.com, teens are easy to promote to.
I definitely like nextgentalk.com the best out of those. It would be good for a gaming community/forum website.

Not the kind of advice I was looking for, My original post asked which would domain would be most successful if developed, not what I should do with the domains (as you suggested, sell them). Either way, I appreciate your interest in this topic.
