DP is the most succesful webmaster forum. DP focus on FileMaker Pro and Oracle on Feb year 2004. One month later, they converted from phpbb to vBulletin and change all the main boards + sub boards contents ( Search Engines, marketing, Products & Tools etc ) and board activities increase. One year later, DP hit 100k posts ( 4k + members )... In short, DP go for the niche markets.
Is it any coincidence that (some) members from above have posted in these threads "Today" ? You better go back and post in the "Only" one that you missed. I don't see the point really .... other than promoting members to post in these threads.
It makes perfect sense really, and I'm sure more people will do it. Forum Link Building tips (it's not just your signiture!) I've been saying to keep an eye out for such things for almost a year now...

You missed- - My posts were relevant, including one of the posts is figured on one of my websites, generating inbound links for DP and for the user's website. (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=478654&page=20). - On One of my posts (new windows!) I posted screenshots that were been asked, and I got replies for other users thanking me for have posted! - I missed one of the Urls because I didn't have anything to write about and I din't want to write just "thanks you" or " nice threat". I was wonderring how old the threads were and if in fact people had posted in them, then I wondered how many people had contributed to this thread and then spammed the list above. Your name was in them all apart from one. That URL scared the crap out of me - I thought I was seeing things when the posts change every milisecond. Try clicking on one of them - but the time you move your cursor over the post you want to view, its moved down 10 places, and you end up opening something completely different. Alex
