I won't want to I am a 25 degrees celsius guy, anything above it is either too hot or too cold. What I heard that it is beautiful but kinda expensive to tour there. I think it should be more suitable for those with the exploration spirit or for nature lovers.
I would love to go there one day. I constantly whinge when I'm too cold though so I would have to wear a few extra layers! It would be beautiful to see!
Yup, the cruises are expensive. Based on what I've read so far, the Kapitan Khlebnikov seems to be the best way to get there. There is an agreement which prohibits concording tour operators from off-loading more than 100 passengers at any single spot, so going in any large cruise-liner may mean that you never actually get to go off-board. I think it's worth it though, it will be a hell of an experience to visit a location so isolated & with natural conditions unlike any other on earth.
I would love the chance to go visit Antarctica. Sure it may be cold but it's like no other place on Earth.
Sound crazy, big pieces of ice with strange forms. Enermous mass of ice and nothing more. But i had the chance i would go. Where are you going to keep it? In the fridge?
Yup, and on my command it can waddle out with a cold one right when I come back from work. That would rock!
That would be definitely adventurous. How do you plan to go there? As a part of some expedition team or making it alone in the chilly weather
I'd love to go to Antarctica! I'm not afraid of the cold... I'm quite used to it. And I love to travel. I'd be willing to go almost anywhere that I haven't been before... Just look at some of these pictures...
I think they should keep at least one part of the world closed to humans. Probably the last place with good ecology and if everyone starts going there who know what it will turn into.
I am afraid cold so I won't go there.who wants to be frozen in below zero temperature? It will be painful
