    He did say if you dont have a domain, so you are free to register 1 elsewhere and then...by the sounds of it they will set a site up (wordpress, possibly a theme and all the settings for $15) not the hardst thing in the world but if your new and just want to blog and not know anything techy then its not a bad deal
