Cheapest Wordpress-hosting?

I'm going to host a blog which (hopefully, if everything goes right) get some real traffic, but I don't have enough money to buy any good hosting. I have made the money to buy a .com, but I can't find good hosting.

I need hosting with good uptime and everything that is needed for succesfull Wordpress-blog to host. I also need it to accept un-verified Paypal. It should be as cheap as possible.

I am not going for free hosting.

Now that is a lie. The industry is striving for 100% from the 99.999% which most offer.

 

I knew that it would harm anyone's feelings but thats the reality! Im not saying that your hosting is bad or you don't provide support. Simply I speak from my personal experience that most of the host providers just care about the money rather than the customer satisfaction!

Looks like he would like to use his own domain rather than a free one.

 

Wordpress.com hosted blogs have some limitations, ie you are not supposed to make a commercial blog so it's better to host your own.
