    This host should just refund everyone their money, and case is closed. Holding on to everyone money is just ridiculous. And since you are holding onto their money then you need to get another server and re-create their accounts even if you can't restore their information. What you are doing is not the American or UK way of doing business! I think by not keeping in touch with his customers and keeping their money....might as well call it a scam. This guy needs to keep these people updated. He should be posting here every few hours!

    If your site was so valuable you should consider of taking daily backups. It would be best for you and for your clients. Unless you state in your TOS that NO backups are taken and users are responsible for theirs, then you are the only one to blame for their data loss and their downtime, even if yours is down and loosing money.

    If you want to be a serious host better act as one. I 've seen enough on DP regarding hosting.

    Well I am not saying he is a scammer If he was then he would not be replying to this thread,

    Yes it is horrible that the sites are down, but he has told every one that if you have a back up he will restore it.

    He has bigger issues right now then to reply to refund emails, once he has the server taken care of I am sure he will address the less critical emails.

    The biggest mistake I ever made was that I was doing backups on same drive on different partition , due to which backups were also crashed , now my drive is with ontrack and they told me they have started getting data , now they're recovering php files but soon there will be .PID's .Tar.Gz's and other main files

    Invisible, I know you are a reputable person. But the best business move you can make right now is to just refund these people. Accept the loses. If you refund these people they will be happy and not make a big deal about it. But if you continue to ignore them and keep their money when their services have been down for over week, it will just hurt you in the long run.

    I have paid him for master reseller before and it was very terrible. Then he said he have got a new server and guaranteed me 99.9% uptime. But the server is worse than before. I pm him many times via ym but doesn't got any reply. I think i can't demand any refund now because it has exceeded 90 days. I also can't access my WHM and Cpanel anymore. I want my money back please. Last time when i want my money back, he keeps giving excuses. Not anymore this time
