I would prefer reseller but since I am on a budget I can't afford it.
Here is what I want... If you can't fulfill my needs please do not post or PM me. Read everything.

I either want one or two options.
If you do not have the features do not PM me. Prices/space can change.
    Thanks ;)

Hah, are you kidding me? Thats well out of range. Raise your budget. What your asking for is in the dedicated server range. I'd say at least $80 per month.

As I said, prices and space my be flexible. Just be close.

Linking is fine for warez. It would just be nice to be able to upload too.

    Thanks for posting.

@55host: You have not been around for long and have 99.49% lifetime uptime. PM me if you still would like to communicate/discuss this. (why did you have downtime?)

So removed the site b/c it was being attacked? Just remove the attackers, don't hurt the victim.

for reliable web hosting go with some bug names like hostgator, dreamhost etc. Though they do not come for the price you mentioned but you can get 1st yr for nominal price if you use the promocodes for them.

For dreamhost promocodes visit my sig link

Now I was going to reply and offer you the perfect hosting plan for what you were asking for but I made a better decision I believe in not doing so, lets see why I chose not to and other's who are intelligent won't either.

    1. You expect your hosting to grow every week, this would lead to 1 of 2 outcomes.

    A. Your hosting bill increases sometime in the future to combat the growing expense by the company.
    B. Some time in the future you become a non-profitable client and said hosting company doesn't give a crap about you anymore

    2. You 'ragged' on a host for having .5% downtime. That means s/he was down for 3.652421992 hours of 1 month. Now s/he gave you a reason and you thus decided to tell him how to run his company. Her/His TOS probably states, just like almost all do, that if any account is found to be hurting any other clients on the server it will be removed. So s/he followed through with his TOS rather than letting it bog down all his clients.

    3. You want warez linking and expect it for such a low price. In order to legally allow you to host warez the servers would have to be somewhere that is not the USA or AU or even most of Europe. That means prices for the host sky rocket.

    4. 55host gives you an offer, and a pretty damn good one at that, and you still find room to bitch/moan and complain because you can't upload warez.

Honestly to which ever host you end up with best of luck to them.

    @Shawn:
As I said before... Disk and bandwidth were rough numbers. Dreamhost has then increasing by week thing and they are not having a problem.
If I was ragging on 55host then I am sorry. I have been screwed by hosts before who had lower than normal uptime. I was just confused why he banned his member for being attacked even though he has ddos protection. It turned out that is wasn't just a ddos attack. He then explained it and I understood.
I never said that the host I wanted had to allow warez uploading. I required linking. I clearly stated that if you didn't allow linking not to post.

Thank you for you time and you site looks great. I am sure you hosting services are great and am sure you clients are very happy with them.
