Do you think Business.com is the most expensive domain name on the net?

Well, here is the most expensive domain name >> CodeHacker.com

They are selling this domain for 11 Million Dollars, however the domain Business.com was sold for 7.5 Million Dollars in 1999.

Have they sold? business.com was transacted at 7.5 million. Selling price is not equal to transaction price.

No, they have not sold it yet. This is what they have written on their site

"codehacker.com is now for sale! Only $11 million dollars ($11,000,000.00 USD). The most expensive website on the net!"

You can visit their site www.codehacker.com

It will not be the most expensive domain name until it is sold and transacted at prices above $7.5 million dollars. For eg I can put mine for sale at 12 million USD. Does it mean that my domain is the most expensive in the world?

ooo i see, Yes, your point is right.

I didn't think about that the price which is offered and the price which is paid finally can have a huge difference.

Let see at how much price they sell it :)

business.com is really unique and was already established as a directory when it was sold, I cant see the differentiating factor in codehacker.com that made it worth $11 million, if it managed to get sold at that price, something is wrong somewhere :)

I've got a domain and I'm selling it for 222 million. Does that mean I own the most expensive domain? :D

The most expensive ones are, without any doubt, sex.com, business.com, etc.

    I would say google.com
Do you think people bookmark sex or business.com at their homepage? I dont think so but in other hand google.com is first thing people see when they open their browser. Just 1 day of owning the google domain could easily make you thousands in commission :p

That website doesn't even have a PR! haha, seriously I'm just kidding.

I think somebody should buy up codehackermovie.com and codehackerbook.com and sell those for 100,000 to the author.

Given the business behind it, I guess if Google.com were to sell their domain name (just an assumption) I guess it would be the most expensive :)
