Promoting a new auction website

    Hello

    So Im just finishing up a new auction website, and need to get some users.

    Currently, I am offering $20.00 seller credit to every new registrant for use on listing promotions (listings are free so)

    I have some basic ideas, but Id like to hear all of your ideas...

    Promote it using PPC, start a affiliate program like Ebay Aff program.

    Im just crediting their account with $20, for use on listing their items with perks (such as highlighting, bolding, featuring, etc.)

    It doesnt actually cost me anything, it just keeps me from making the first $20 off of the guy...

    Any ideas in regards to registration incentives would also be great...

    Could anyone recommend any free Affiliate Networks I could join? I would think that a program like that, giving 100% of the sales from sellers to the affiliate would work at well, right?

    What make you different from Ebay ?

    If you manage to market well this diference, you will not need incentives.
