    I thought the webhosting section was an appropriate place to post this thread. I'm sorry for posting in the wrong section. HostICan was having issues with CPU usage on their shared servers like many shared hosts. i.e. One guy having a massive VBulletin 3.7 BETA forum with 15 plugins and shoutbox ruining the performance for everyone else and HostICan having to shut down the account of the abuser. Hopefully HostICan's work on improving the server configurations and the process of warning the abusers will improve this.
