Where would YOU rather live? The U.S. or Libya?

Libyan strongman Muammar al-Qaddafi recently commented on the U.S. Democratic Party and it's view of how awful the U.S. was and how badly it needs to change.

"I've seen that in America, a candidate who wants people to vote for him keeps talking about change. They all keep saying 'change, change'. They want to change America and its current political system. They want to make a change in their lives. They say their system is a failure, that their government is a failure, and that their elections are a failure."

There seem to be a good mix of Islamists and Americans on this forum, so this seems like a good idea for a poll.

Where would you rather live Libya (Dar al Islam) or the United States (Dar al Harb)?

And no petty squabbles about how Libya isn't your personal perfect implementation of Islamic Law! You don't get to be the Caliph until you murder a lot of people and if you're wasting your time on DP you're obviously not out there murdering people!

Funny thing is, the OP promotes US through bikinis, very noble and respectful. Seeking political analysis on a sexual appeal basis. Well, Kaddafi is not a reasonable and objective man, but with this poll, you are on his level.

Are their jobs in Libya? Probably, but not as much as in the U.S.A.

What home team? You are trying to satisfy your "we are so great" ego through an obviously subjective poll, promoting US as a Rio beach. If one chooses US over Libya, it won't be over testesteron driven reasons, your country has better things to offer, that's where you failed with respect to your own, not Libya.

 

I wouldn't choose Lybia bcause for one it is a desert that relies on an underground aquifer that predates the ice age. One the water as well as the oil is used up, it will be the end.

A women can not walk down the street without the threat of being rapped. In some Islamic countries a women getting into a car with men is an excuse for rape.
