    Hello,

I don't know where to post but im posting here for help!

I'm using MS wireless optical desktop elite keyboard and mouse.

Both were working perfect but suddenly the keyboard stopped working.

    Mouse is working fine.

Following things i tried to solve but failed:
    Putting new batteries
    un-installing/Re-installing software/drivers
    changing connect channels..

only left scroll of keyboard is working fine but the rest of all keys are dead...

    searched alot but no solution..

    any help?

Sounds like the keyboard has gone. If none of the keyboard keys were working I would suggest it could be the wireless unit needing reset but with some keys working my guess is the keyboard has packed up.

try to uninstall its drivers.. then install again.. maybe that would work.. for me the idea of wireless keyboard is okay but i dont want to try it.. i still rely on the wired one since it would work much more better

I've used a wireless keyboard for years and never had a problem with it.
