    I'm not an expert but I'm an undergrad student which would be looking at sites like yours :) but for now, I wont be looking at the content.

    First, I find your site is not attractive (to me, I don't know about others). I think it maybe because you use almost the same size for all the texts? Also, I think you maybe can add some more graphic into it along with colourful fonts (but not too much, maybe just 2,3 more colors- now ure using 2 colors balck n blue as I can see) - maybe every item in the main menu made looks like a button?

    suggestion : how about you take tours to universities' websites, maybe it can give you ideas?

    The website could perhaps be more targetted.

    For example there is a job for a managing director next to a job for an Animal Health sales representative.

    As a user, what would make the site sticky (meaning i will come back) is if I have easy access to several jobs that are relevant for me.

    A couple suggestions:

    If this is a site which advertises job listings, I would add "search jobs" to the top menu. Visiotrs should see that option right away.

    I'd consider adding some images to the header and getting rid of the "read more" link at the top.

    The tag line beneath the site title seems a bit repetitive.

    Other than that its well laid out and clear.

    the site looks to dull it needs more colour and images to it and it looks like everything is just put there not sorted propley if you get me :D

    You have links that are underlined, some that are not, and no submit button for your search form. Also, I would move your tag line out of the graphic, and put it into text format to improve keyword count. It is the only info I found on your site that actually tells what your site is about.

    My suggestions would be to add a newsletter signup box to gather data and to make more graphical header. Also there is no real clear direction of the site. Do you not want them to perform an action or just read articles?

    Overall looks good. Few negatives. Font is kind of small. Too much content in the home page. Ads not separated from content.
