When exactly does a zip/email offer convert? I see for zip/email submits offers, many people are only asking for zip or email, however, there is a form that comes after, and a whole slew of offers. Apparently, there are zip/email submits which will only convert if you complete at least 1 offer. How are people converting with just zip/email ? Where do you get your zip/email offers from? Thanks
It depends on CPA network and an offer. Sometimes first page submit - the best solution for us, but now more ofen - second page

Like people said, it is after the first page. Those other offers that "piggyback" on the initial one are not needed. They're there as some people do think they have to do those too
It depends. Some claim to credit but really only pay after the second page, etc.... at least that's what i've found both completing zip/email submits and promoting them. It can depend on the offer however, most make the terms clear for that particular offer.
wow....you guys need some expert advice....which i'll provide ;-) lol...an email or zip submit credits when the users zip code or email address is submit....now if the offers says something like credits after 2nd page, then it's not really a zip or email submit....itd then be a 2nd page submit

Look at what the network says. Most still pay on the email or zip submit. My top 3 in order are: addrive.com (they invented the zip submit and when you grab a zip from other networks it prob is there's) hydra (they rebroker a tone of email and zip including addrive's product test panel and retailreportcard) cpaempire (same as above)
to me,CPAlead is the best.it has 10x my earnings and has been great in terms of compatibilty even though it is still in beta stage!
