new article directory needs lipstick ...I want it to feel 2.0ish with shiny buttons with depth kind of like iphone..webmaster says it needs xhtml/css he will convert your design into template whatever that means. need logo and front page... I have multiple domains the first one is article-on.com. 1st place 200 2nd 50.00 and i'll pay for any element from others used. bonus negotiable will eventually need business cards stationary etc....so more work for the winner

it is under developement so disregard the text your design should say Article-on.com tag line should be something like Words Matter or something like that

no, I will insert all plugins. It will not be split into multiple files, and there will be no php in the template. I just need xhmtl and css why would you want a smaller prize?
No i was just asking if it needed coding, which is providing the xhtml+css. Some designers can't do the coding part of it and generally the contest holder will lower the award from these people and find a coder themselves. Having a design-only option will help you get more entries as there aren't that many designers who can code or would want to do it. Just asking mate!
