With regard to the pictures of the Palestinian children with explosives strapped to their bodies and shooting Israeli flags with guns, this stuff is freely disseminated by the Arab terrorist groups responsible. Even if this was true, what has got to do with USA? They are from the same area, fighting for a piece of land. Is there a shortage of land in USA and USA is trying to grab some land? Who does US government serve? American people and their interest or some non existent God? What is a bigger market for US products, Arab countries or Israel? How much is the cost of security measurments because of USA involvement with Israel? Isn't better to spend that money on US citizens welfare instead of making yourself a target and then spend it on living in fear?

 

As an American citizen I fully support my government supporting Israel.

I don't live in fear. I do live with my eyes wide open and I am well aware of which culture and religion of people would do me and my nation harm. I think Israel supports my country in its efforts to protect America from Islamic terrorists.

Why? Tell us how does supporting Israel benefits the American citizens and tax payers. Do a plus and minus calculation and show us why should USA support Israel.

Had the US said the same thing as you did during World War II, Hitler's successor might have been presiding over this country. That might be palatable to you, we don't know.

I don't know if you are aware but Khomeini is dead and he came to power because USA decided to change Shah of Iran for another alternative that in that time they though they can control and was better for them.

I don't know what you mean by having an eye but USA has satelites that can look all over the world and with eyes in sky, There is no need for eye in Israel.

USA didn't fight Hitler because of the Jews, in fact most Americans didn't care at all about the Jews. USA got involved in WWII because of desire to expand it's role and dominance in the world and specially in Pacific region which was the reason Japan attacked USA and USA officially got involved in WWII.

USA and Japan were both shadow boxing to be the top dog in the pacific region but Japan strike first.
It would be very hard for anyone to predict what would have happen if USA didn't get involved in WWII. Most likely Hitler would have lose to Russians anyway and USA would have had more limited expansion after the WWII since USA used the war to take most of the colonial terretories that previously were controlled by English.

Now back to subject, I like someone show a plus and minus analys of USA involvement with Israel and Tell us how is it beneficial for American Citizens and tax payers.
