Ok So If my website was called 'blogtemplates' my anchor text would be,
<a href="http://www.blogtemplates.com"Blog Templates</a>
Would this be ok for the anchor text?

Also How do I 'complete on site seo '

 

If you offer free templates then use 'free blog templates' instead. It will cover for both 'free blog templates' and 'blog templates'.

i think you should mention the competitors for the keyword on search engine result too...
how much pages found for that keyword, try search "blog templates" and see the search results...
theres more than 5 millions pages found, will need more than a hard work to take a place on top index...
but if you already have 'ammo' with 100pages for start and covering it with seo and socialbookmark there's no impossible way to chase them all.. just keep update and try attract visitors with something new to offer...
