    Honestly, that's what I was gonna say. It needs development IMO to be worth more than that.

    I should have been clear about it. I meant mid $xxx if you had a developed uae real estate site on there. Sorry for the confusion.
    Without development, I don't see much value to a reseller, maybe high $xx at most to end user...but even that's iffy.
