    Nope, you can only verify with a credit card for Indian accounts.

    After verifying with a cc, you can withdraw to your icici bank a/c.

    You can withdraw funds to your indian bank account only . They are not for verifying your paypal account.

    You can verify your paypal account with any Credit Card (ICICI,HDFC,SBI etc..)

    If you got accounts in hdfc or axis bank you can use their virtual cards to verify your paypal account.
