What are the names of other pay-per-click/impression programs for smaller sites -aside from AdBrite/AdSense?

I think there used to be FastClick, for example, but you have to have a certain amount of traffic. Please give me the names of a few legitimate companies. Thanks.

Ouch. Doesn't bode well for your future if you can't catch fraud automatically and do reimbursements automatically as well.

 

Even the largest ppc networks out there will periodically issue refunds to their advertisers on clicks that were determined to be fraudulent.
