uh, I'd have to agree it's pretty awful, it makes me think where he even got the resources for the pictures aswell. but on the other hand, the site has a potential, and the guy ain't complaining.. he may even think it's gross.
I would make a site no matter what it was (with one or two exceptions) if I could make a million off it. Hes already half way there.

the counter is fictional regarding member count.. i'm sure paypal would like to know a site offering these types of images was accepting donations through their service. same with godaddy for domain registrar.. as far as the hosting i'm sure as long as he pays the bill it will be fine.
You take a cam and record someone else committing the act. The deaths are legal deaths too, such as executions. IT
I don't think this website has as much shock value as rotten.com. It's way too gross. I once happened to see some pictures of people who were burnt to death. Gee; I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day.
where're you hosted? its not a site started by someone you know by any chance right? b/c now that you edited to mentioned its hosting on same server as yours and the site was started 12 days ago.
