Weird sandbox or SERP pattern?

I got a new website (about 8 months old) with google SERP rank that fluctuates drastically from week to week. Is this natural? Traffic for my established sites looks much more stable. Have i done something wrong?

I have a 9 month old site and I see a change in search result after 2-3 days :)

You need lots of backlinks in order to maintain a constant position in search results

It is difficult for us to say before you tell us what you have done. But generally fluctuation is common unless you are at high pagerank and huge traffic attracter.

so continue doing seo (both onpage and offpage) never stop it.
