As these sites rely on word on mourh marketing - it might be an idea to offer an incentive of some kind to tell others about the site e.g - exclusive games,etc.

I've watched people, doing my own 'research'. I found that when some one stumbles upon a good game, most offices block that page because they see all the staff on it etc. I watched as the staff simply type the game into google, and try each and every link until they get a working one. A good idea would be to rank for as many games as you can, and make the site easy to navigate.
