Google looks your website based on their content, if your website providing adult content (without nudity). I don't think Google has any point for not indexing your website.

 

If you're in the adult industry at all you need to be a member of www.gfy.com.

Go there and start posting a lot. Once you have like 50 posts put your site in your sig and start an occasional thread every few days and keep posting a lot. You will get a lot of free traffic.
