    Depends. If you're talking about buying "sponsored posts", then I wouldn't bother. Getting a real link from a blog that is relevant to your site could help, but most sponsored post blogs are discounted deeply by google.

    It depends on the blog. Some blogspot blogs are actually pretty good and ranks well with Google.

    Most blogs have no follow so if you comment on blog it does not help in google . If they write about site or trade links that could help.
