Is this legal?

    Wonder if it is legal to overlay standard AdSense text ads in flash video player.
    I'm not talking of beta ads for video - just of standard ads available for each webmaster.

    There's company that offers it, see example:

    I also seen examples with moving relative DIV with AdSenese over paused flash player, displaying it few seconds, than hiding it with javascript timer and starting movie.

    Really I'm not sure of this.
    Google writes clearly: manipulating ads is not legal.
    In 1st example (company mentioned) there's no even AdSense code in HTML source code.
    In second example: moving/hiding DIV with ads - I'm not sure of that too...

    What's your opinion?

    according to TOS, "No AdSense code may be integrated into a software application." flash video player IS a software application therefore it would be against tos
