I am not getting anyone of merchant's links in my account even though they are accepted & iam promoting their links in my website & earning commissions,

I just logged in my cj account & selected my advertiser's list & searching for links, but none of the links is displaying.... meanwhile iam getting those advertiser's links in my website...

So, why the reason that i am not able to see the advt's links in my cj account?

I have had the same issue with SOME advertisers since this morning. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I left a message to the CJ reps.

I got the reply. Although it was not really clear how to fix the issue, I fixed it on my account using the reps idea. Basically the problem is your Language and Targeted Area Filter is ON

You need to turn it off. I tried to follow the reps advice but it didn't solve the issue. This is what I did to solve it:

Click on Get Links. Then click on Additional Search Options. In the options select Link Type: Banners. Relationship Status: My Advertisers. Language: All. Advertiser's Targeted Area: All.

After that click on Find button.

It will bring the list of your advertisers. Then if you click Home and go to your advertisers on the bottom of the home page, all your links should be there.

It seems like a long way to do that but it worked for me.

Found this via Google as I'm having the same problem. CJ was not displaying my links either. Trying your suggestion now.

Worked. Think it was because my targeted area was automatically set to Canada.

Good to know. There's one correction I should mention. (For those who will be searching for this in the future). You have to close your browser and then log into CJ again, then it will change the setting for sure. I think some browsers (like Firefox) keep the old setting even after you push the Home button.
