    Yes, it's down and nobody knows with the exception of CJ. I was just about to select a few things for a new project, then they went down.

    I think I have the same issue. I just left a message to CJ people. Some advertisers show links and banners, some don't.

    You should work in CJ on the off hours if the slowness bothers. Early in the morning or weekends is the best time and it run really smooth. It tends to get slow during business hours.
