    Here's one fact.
Google on tnx.net and see if it shows up.
Any paids links can get you banned, just search on DP
    as this is well known!

That was what I have been telling him but he seemed to be putting all blames on his joining TNX rather than check what really went wrong.

This is not a sandbox, this is ban.
If you install tnx.net nobody will know about this before links start to appear (months). Furthermore, google do not do BAN for few links.
    I thinks that
    1. You've got not many inbound links sitewide from bollywood.rightcelebrity.com (almost out of google index as well) and what else?
    2. Sometimes websites, especially week ones, disappear from google for some time (day-month).

Question - how often google-robot visit your site?

Well the option left is to shift the database to some other sub domain as shifting to new domain is not possible as we already paid around $250 for hosting and other related things.

Google last crawl homepage on 28feb as per webmaster tools. and site de indexed after that.

I just saw that even tnx.net is totally out of google, only its forum sub domain is indexed and it doesn't have any backlinks too.

Yes TNX is slapped, doesn't rank for it's name, PR0 and nothing for the link: command.

It was only a matter of time, and just like Text Link Ads i wouldn't be surprised if many of the people using text link networks find themselves banned and getting a PR0 also.

Please keep us updated with how this works out for you. I just found out about TNX today and would like to know if using it can lead to getting banned.

It is a really interesting case. I dont think you are sandboxed.
On the other and tnx.net disallow the bot in robots.txt. Perhaps that's the reason for their being out of index or they've written the robots.txt after being banned...

May be you need to wait. As you have removed the code, and if it was the reason for your site being removed from search results, then maybe you will see your site back after few days
