Making frequent changes on the website pages either in meta tags or the website content is good for good ranking and generating genuin traffic to website , blog ? i read somewhere in a blog that google put penalties for such a frequent changes.
I think the more frequently a website is updated the better it is for the rankings. I have read at many places that the reason some blogs do very well in the rankings is that they are updated frequently and new content can be found by following links from the homepage. I would also like to share that a competitor of mine who has been practicing successful SEO since 2004 updates his website nearly every month and I think it has been helping him get more than 3,500 uniques from the search engines every day. His links are nothing extraordinary, for he has nearly 900 links from the usual suspects: free directories and reciprocal link partners. The directories are nearly all free and his link partners aren't PR 7+. I got the traffic information from a boast he put up on his own website and the only explanation I can think of is his updating the site every month by leaving the content untouched and switching designs. Any opinions?
You shouldn't change your page too often especially the title, description or meta tag. We don't know whether google will penalize this behavior but if you look at it why do people change it in short time often. are they trying to manipulate something or just for fun and give better content? search engine is putting more and more human aspect into its algorithm. human aspect of manipulation and spamming will be put in the algorithm as negative not positive. so you do the math.
