$15 banner competition (2 hours)

firstly i would like to stress that i always pay for competitions i hold. This is my third one in as many weeks and i have always paid within a few hours via pay pal from competition end

this comp is as follows

im after a banner/header for my new site streaming the new series gossipgirl

the banner requires the following
Must say watch gossip girl.net
must be in jpeg format 818x250
