    1. Should my search or content be on in adwords?
    2. Is it better for both to be turned on?
    3. Im currently just using direct affiliate link to send the traffic through adwords. Should i just do split test with landing pages and direct linking to see what makes me profit?

Thanks yall i know im a newb so no need to call me one

It is best to create 2 separate campaigns.. I prefer site targeting.

I would use straight search and no content search at all. The content traffic can be "iffy". I think you should design and test several landing pages to see which of those converts best. Compare that to the direct url. If you do a great job of pre-selling your conversion can be higher.

Thanks for this and im wondering when testing how can i actually see the stats? Like pause my direct link ad for a week and activate the landing page ad. Is there any 3rd application or affiliate network that offers this kind of comparison to see what works best?

    Thanks

not that I'm aware of, I know Google analytics does some conversion tracking if the merchant will allow you to place the tracking pixel on their confirmation page.

Using direct affiliate links with Adwords? How is your quality score? Google or any engine for that matter, not too sure about MSN these days, dont allow direct affiliate linking. What display URL are you using?

Also my daily budget is set at 15$ and max cost per click is set at $0.25. IF i increase both of these will that gain impressions fast thus starting to generate clicks? My goal is to average out at $0.10 a click?
    Thanks
