Need Help with EBAY Approval

Hi. I'm a newcomer when it comes to Affiliate marketing. After much thought, I decided to go with Ebay, and create a Niche Store of sorts.. Problem is, I can not get approved by them (I have a fresh CJ account already).

Any ideas why I can't get approved? Or do you know any similar affiliate programs?

It's most likely because you're outside the US (I'm guessing you are). eBay US auto reject people based on location.

You can always email them, and wait in hope for a response/reason. Also, try applying to the 'other' eBays (AU, UK etc).

I really think I'm going to start a CJ sticky soon :p

Well I'm from Australia, and they let me into eBay US. But this was a while ago.

    Where are you from?

My mum opened a CJ account 2 days ago and was accepted into eBay. We are in New Zealand. I do not believe it is just US affiliates they let in but certain countries that they will never let in.

    yeah, me too.
eBay.co.uk will accept you if you have a decent looking website, the payout isn't too bad too :)

There are hundreds, if not thousands on CJ. Pick one in an area in which you would like to promote.

Now I am looking for something to use with wordpress.
    I know there is phpbaylite.
    However it is for U.S.

    I don't really feel like paying $45 for changing a 0 to a 3.
(US to UK). since phpbaylite has everything I need.

I agree with you. I found http://bayrss.nichemoneysites.com/, which is nice, but not exactly cheap.

Anyone else knows of any other such scripts for use? I am approved for ebay.co.uk but not the US one too. Really wonder why would they want to put such restrictions. :(

I've been using Wordpress and SmartRss to run my bans knockoff sites. You can see one, retrocheeky.com. I still need to add content but you can see it's very simple. Perhaps not all the features of bayrss and other plugin/programs but it works.

    Cheers!
