The Gazans elected terrorists to represent them so the are a terrorist entity.

Ulster was not firing rockets on England and half the population whishes to remain British.

If the USA were not giving billions and billions to Israel it would be nothing at all, they would be scratching their arses in the dirt.

There is a reason that the US Administration supports Israel and that is because the US Administration is pwned by Israel, the US Administration needs Israel more than ever because the US Administration need Israel as a way of controlling the Middle East.

Please notice that I said US Administration and not the USA in general because as long as the average American can stuff their faces with fries & burgers and watch mindless movies nothing else really matters. :D

You saying "we" is fucking hilarious. Seriously, I laughed out loud. You both act as if you speak for Americans when nothing could be farther from the true feelings of Americans then the blather you post.

Are you saying you are an American citizen or just happen to be in Texas? I can only assume you are just visiting Texas as I have never met a Texan with your 'views'. Nevertheless, that is the beauty of America, every citizen can have their own views. Rest assured, your posts certainly don't speak for the American point of view.

i can tell why you havent met anyone with my views... its called close mindedness something you suffer from. i actually respect and learn from others but you just seem to be ignorant of other ideas and feelings.

    That is quite a deflection.
Are you an American citizen or not?

As for all that other blather, I am not close minded at all. Having an opinion is not being close minded. I am very curious how you propose Israel protect itself from Hamas' daily missile barrage. Seriously, I do not think I would be as restrained as Israel has been with the daily attacks on its people. What would you propose Israel do that will protect it from the rocket attacks.

    I don't speak for Israel.

questions of that type require two sides to cooperate. Can all elements of all arab/muslim/terrorist groups GUARANTEE peace.

Will hezbollah, hamas, syria, egypt, iran, and all other parties abosolutely guarantee peace? How will they guarantee it?
How will it be enforced? If someone breaks the guarantee how will they be punished?

If I was Israel, and I had 100% lock hard guarantees of that ilk I'd return lands occupied stretching back to the '67 war. I'd need forces in place that would be able willing and capable of enforcing those guarantees. I'd need to ensure that groups like hezbollah and hamas that sit on my borders are disarmed. I'd need to know that there are enforcement police/troops that are dramatically better armed than hezbollah and or hamas or any bordering group of potentially antagonistic forces.

If I didn't have those levels of guarantees I wouldn't give anyone a clump of dirt or a square foot of land.

So give me a simple answer are you willing to provide the guarantees?

That is what the negotiations are for. although i am 100% for a peace between the two people i am not for israel to disarm or put herself in a position to be harmed.
the best case would be a that they agree on borders and other issues but the implimentation can be distributed in the next few years.
as i said on a diffrent topic, there should be an immediate start of a massive housing projects in gaza and westbank employing a large number of palestanians.this would not only produce an alternative lifestyle over joining hamas to the palestanins and a source of income but will eventually move them from the point were they will see a chance for living a better life other than what the extemists offer.

Great idea. I strongly believe you would need to utterly police and protect to the utmost the people working on houses, the supplies, etc.

Hamas drove Fatah out of Gaza by force; guns and killings. They didn't want an alternative.

Its a great idea. I don't think Hamas would tolerate it. If they didn't tolerate it....would you still give Hamas the benefit of the doubt with regard to seriously wanting better for their population in Gaza?

to answer your first question: yes
and if isreal doesnt want defiance then maybe they should leave the occupied land to its rightfull order. See if isreal really claimed to have been part of palestine for so long then why did they have to occupy palestine by force? if it was their land then there would have been no problem with them winning the palestinian elections, causing them to take control...
face the truth -- you occupy someones property then you expect them to sit there and listen to your orders??? thats plain stupid.
now i am not supporting hamas and all other groups but i am saying that it is not right for innocent children and men and women to die...
and now a question to you:
Why do innocent people die when Isreal supposedly attacks only missle sites?
and another thing, these are humans like me and you with the right to life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. They have dreams, lives and want a bright future. When they are killed it saddens me because a life is a one time oppurtunity and there are no makeups. so after they die so do their dreams.. it saddens me. no one should die for others mistakes and i stay by that 100%

Because Hamas choses to launch missiles from civilian populated areas knowing full well that forces Israel to attack those areas in defense.
