Why do i see members with red names are getting banned?

    Usually those with red names are those who are already banned. :)
    Not sure if that answers your question..

    Either because they get 10 infractions, create multiple DP account or cheaters.

    Ten infractions for -10 points rite?
    How about if you have more points?

    Let say current points : 40
    Get infractions : -5 points

    So 35 points. If let say get 5 more infractions of -1 each.

    So can be banned also?

    Yes, it doesn't matter how much reputation point you have. If you get 10 infractions, you will be temporarily banned until the infraction expired. Thats why, there is a couple of reputable members that was also banned.

    RED NAME = BANNED GUYS/GALS
    DARK GREEN NAME = OLDER GUYS/GALS
    LIGHT GREEN NAME = NEW GUYS/GALS

    is this ok now ?

    They're banned for doing something stupid. If you use common sense and behave, you're fine. If you post bull crap or annoy the admins, well, simple, you get banned.

    Red means they are banned already.

    It tells you if you view your profile or control panel if the mods have given you infractions. There is a thread about why you would get infractions in the suggestions & feedback section.

    there is no red, it's maroon.
