    As mentioned above, statcounter is an invisible piece of code that you can insert into your blog's code to track visitors, pageviews, keywords etc. You can also use google analytics, but I've found it slightly less reliable. Personally I use both on all my blogs. They're free, simple, and tell me what I want to know.

    You can add the code anywhere.... It doesn't really matter ;)
