I heard that if we submit our site to 3k directories in short time, it's not good for our site ranking, google bot will punish those site, am i rite?
Submitting your site to 3000 directories won't punish your site, Remember that they are not instant links and that they are approved in different days, there are directories that approve your site in 15 days others in 30 days and others could take like 3 month it all depends.
Submitting to this amount of directories won't get you ban, if it was, everyone's websites on this forum would be banned by Google

You can submit to more. Like the author of this thread said.... the directories all have different time frames for adding new sites. Some won't add your site at all, and it could be anywhere between 15 days to 90 days or more before a site adds you to their directory. Couple this with the fact that you can specify different titles and descriptions for the same website, it also makes it to be less obvious to Google. Find what works for you... but 20 a day seems really low, and with 3000+ directories, that would take you more than 150 days.
